【摘要】  目的   观察重组人表皮生长因子（rhEGF）对羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HA)义眼胎植入的作用及效果。方法 本组病例59例。羟基磷灰石义眼胎植入术后用rhEGF滴眼液结膜囊内滴眼每日4次。结果 51例Ⅰ期愈合，8例前部球结膜及筋膜愈合不良，其中6例自行愈合，2例更换眼胎后愈合。结论  rhEGF滴眼液对羟基磷灰石义眼胎植入术后早期的纤维血管化具有促进作用，从而预防羟基磷灰石义眼胎暴露的发生。

Use of rhEGF in hydroxyapatite orbital implantation   Liu Yi ,Liu Decheng, Liu Fengxia.   Department of Ophthalmology, The 7^th People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou city, Zhengzhou 450006, China

【Abstract】  Objective  To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEFGF) in hydroxyapatite(HA) orbital implantation. Methods  59 cases were included in this study. The rhEGF eye drops was used 4 times 1 day after operation. Results  51 cased healed by first intention, 5 cases healed by delayed intention and 2 healed after changed orbit implants.  Conclusion  rhEGF eye drops can improve fibro neovascularization after HA orbital implantation and prevent HA exposure.
